Nineteen Minutes is not as cheesy or whatever as it looks on the outside. I actually finished it in a pretty quick amount of time because it was a good read. Peter Houghton is a kid who gets bullied a lot at school, and one day decides to end it all by killing ten of his classmates in a school shooting. The book follows his history of being bullied and picked on, and all the way through his trial. Though by now, Jodi Picoult novels are starting to get a little old, and always seem to be the same kind of thing.
